LETStock (“we”) operates the LETStock mobile app and the letstock.com website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we don’t do with it. Contact us at fun@letstock.com with any question.
What we collect
- Account: a device ID (random UUID generated locally) and — if you sign in — your Google or Apple email and provider ID. Optionally, your birthdate for age verification and your country code (derived from IP) for regional compliance.
- Activity: the predictions you make, reels you like or save, chats with the AI Crew, and in-app coin transactions.
- Device: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, and the country derived from your IP.
- Push token — only if you allow notifications.
- Web only: the letstock.com marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and feature interactions. GA4 cookies collect anonymized browsing data; no personally identifiable information is shared with Google.
Why we collect it
- Keep your account and play-money balance in sync across devices.
- Detect multi-account abuse and protect the integrity of leaderboards.
- Comply with App Store rules and applicable regional law (age and country gating).
- Improve the app by understanding which content people engage with.
- Send you push notifications you opt into.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your identity with advertisers.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not store payment info — in-app purchases go through Apple’s IAP.
Where data lives
All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL + Storage) in their managed cloud, with row-level security and TLS encryption in transit. We use Anthropic’s Claude API for AI Crew chats — chat messages are sent to Anthropic per their privacy policy and are not retained for model training under their default API terms.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app (“Delete Account”). Deletion is processed within 30 days and removes your profile, predictions, coin balance, push token, and all related rows. Anonymized aggregate metrics may persist for product analytics. You can also email fun@letstock.com to request deletion or a copy of your data.
Children
LETStock is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Some prediction features are restricted to users 18+ depending on local law.
Changes
We will surface significant changes inside the app and update the version date at the top of this page.
