1. What LETStock is
LETStock is a community-driven prediction and sentiment platform. We are not a brokerage, exchange, or financial advisor. Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You make predictions for entertainment and to test your judgment against the crowd — never as a substitute for professional advice.
2. LS Coins are play money
LS Coins, gold, streaks, and any in-app currencies are entirely virtual. They have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, transferred to another user, or redeemed for cash, goods, or services. You acquire them through in-app activity or optional purchases of additional play credits.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LETStock. Some features may require you to be 18+ depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app is lawful where you live.
4. Account & data
We support anonymous accounts and Google / Apple sign-in. We collect minimal account data (device ID, IP, optional email, birthdate for age verification) to keep the app working and to detect abuse. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
5. AI Crew & content
The “Crew” personas (StockBro, CryptoQueen, MemeLord, AlphaBud, BookieBot) are AI-generated characters powered by large language models. Their messages are simulated entertainment, not real opinions of real people, and not financial advice. Treat them like fiction.
6. User conduct
You agree not to abuse the app, attempt to manipulate market odds via multi-accounting, scrape data at scale, or use LETStock for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. No financial guarantees
Market odds, sentiment scores, and crew opinions are informational only. Past accuracy does not predict future outcomes. Do not make real-world financial decisions based on what you see in LETStock.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and code are owned by LETStock. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
LETStock is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or other damages resulting from use of the app.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these terms; we will surface the new version inside the app. You can stop using LETStock at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
